Since steel is exceptionally strong, and will not fracture on impact, it is ideally suited for use in the production of traffic bollards. In areas of heritage and natural beauty, this strength on its own is not enough, and steel bollards may be graced with cast embellishment. All of the steel and composite bollards are available in a variety of diameters and lengths; many can be specified with alternative embellishment options.
Steel bollards are available in a primed or galvanised finish as standard. Furnitubes recommend that these bollards be painted on site in order to minimise damage during installation. Fully painted and highlighted bollards are available upon request.
