Background: In March 2008 Furnitubes were asked to design a seat for the newly refurbished Gallions Reach DLR Station.

Products: The seats were to be low maintenance, very durable and to utilise natural products. Furnitubes design department rose to the challenge by producing working drawings for the Albert Basin seat; made from Certified Green Oak timber supported by a galvanised mild steel frame. Six bollards were also made for the projects from Certified Green Oak timber.
