The Project

CB1 is an urban mixed use development in the heart of Cambridge city centre. The Station Road area has been transformed with premium residential, retail and business units, surrounded by an abundance of magnificent new open spaces. The arrangements of the buildings have been carefully developed to allow for civic spaces, parks, small squares, courtyards and gardens, ensuring residents and visitors have a variety of outdoor spaces to choose from

The entire site has been designed with the existing environment in mind, and conservation of many historical buildings and features. The CB1 development also provides a state of the art transport interchange.
