The Cannon Service is a cast iron bollard with a primed finish based on a Victorian style. The bollards are usually installed in areas that require water or electrical services. They have hinged and locking doors, as well as corrosion-resistant hinges. In addition to an access hole at the base for cables, the lockable door prevents unauthorised access. As the bollards are installed over 1000mm high, they can aid the visually impaired and assist in meeting the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
